Chris Mitchell
Director, Occupational Therapist
Chris Mitchell has worked as an Occupational Therapist since 1989 and in the field of occupational health and rehabilitation since 1992. He is an accredited practitioner in PGAP, a specialist qualification to assist people with understanding and moving beyond chronic pain and overcoming disability. He likes to work closely with all practitioners involved in helping an individual to overcome health issues. Like all the team at Momentum4, he is an accredited return to work provider for WorkCover Qld. In his spare time, he loves fitness, cycling, the Broncos, footy tipping and the occasional fine wine.
David Crandell
Exercise Physiologist
David Crandell is a specialist occupational health and rehabilitation practitioner and an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. His extensive experience in the field started in the year 2002. He is an accredited practitioner in PGAP, a specialist qualification to assist people with understanding and moving beyond chronic pain. He is passionate about helping people recover from injury and illness so that they can return to work and enjoying life. Like all the team at Momentum4, he is an accredited return to work provider for WorkCover Qld. In his spare time, he loves good food, fine wine, real football! and golf.
Sophie Pill
Occupational Therapist
Sophie has worked as an Occupational Therapist since 2001. After extensive experience in the hospital system, she moved into and loved occupational health and rehabilitation. After a pause to raise her young children, she has resumed her work in in assisting people to understand and move beyond chronic pain and overcoming disability. Like all the team at Momentum4, she is an accredited return to work provider for WorkCover Qld. In her spare time… (what spare time she says), she enjoys spending time with family and friends and reading a good book.
Jake Owen
Exercise Physiologist
Jake is a passionate occupational health and rehabilitation practitioner and an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. With his rehabilitation experience starting in late 2014, he has worked in multiple different clinical settings and has a keen interest in making meaningful, positive contributions to the lives of injured workers. He is an accredited practitioner in PGAP, a specialist qualification to assist people with understanding and moving beyond chronic pain. As is the case with all of Momentum4’s practitioners, he is an accredited return to work provider for WorkCover Qld. In his spare time, he loves cheering on the Broncos & Reds, live music, going to the gym and taking a nice walk.

Jen Davissen
Administration Officer
Jen is the backbone of our office and team. She ensures things run smoothly and is the happy smiling face that helps keeps our office happy. She is our office guru. In her spare time, she loves a really good read, and watching her favourite team, the Broncos, have a win.
